Chief Etiquette Officer (CEO) "Colonel" Klinkerman is a small business owner, an educator, and writer. Cotillion classes taken as a sixth grader, under the imposing watch of Mr. Benjamin, left a lasting impression. These days we do not have much use for learning the Box-step. Most etiquette books are intimidating in their size alone, and even the "Colonel" cannot absorb all the information they contain. However, she does know how and where to look should she need to know how to dine with royalty. It is her hope to encourage the more conscious practice of manners and civility.
